Return Policy

Gemstone and beaded jewelry:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then we are more than happy to exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) if returned to us within ten (10) days. Please notify us by email of your intention to return any item(s) within 48 hours of receiving it. On receipt of this email we will email you a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number and additional instructions. The items must be returned to us in an unworn condition and in the original packaging in which they were sent to you.

Custom photo jewelry:

We do not accept returns of our custom photo jewelry but we will do our best to address your concerns. Please contact us for further details.

You are purchasing unique handmade pieces created with materials that have natural variations. We try our very best to accurately represent the natural beauty of each piece but because of potential variations in color or appearance caused by different computer monitors, Internet browsers, or other computer related issues, we cannot accept responsibility for these differences. Also, our photographs do not show our jewelry to scale.

Forbidden Fruit Jewelry reserves the right to make changes to the materials used, products offered, and prices without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue sale of any product without notice. Please be aware that as noted in some of our product descriptions, some of Forbidden Fruit Jewelry’s pieces are one-of-a-kind and once sold are no longer available.
